1. Ladies Shop will gladly accept ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of our  products within 10 Days. If
  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • Anything is missing from the package

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 10 days of the original order date.

  1. Please call or WhatsApp pictures of the defective item at +92 3076007567 within 10 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute.
  2. Once we receive the item we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it very Next day In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
  3. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
  4. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
  5. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
